Background

I’m a Lead UX Designer based in San Diego, with 7+ years in enterprise SaaS. I studied marketing at the University of San Francisco, completed UC Berkeley Extension’s in-person UX Design program, and joined Coupa as an Associate UX Designer in 2018.

Since then, I’ve grown through four roles inside the same complex product ecosystem. My work has ranged from core procurement and Supply Chain Collaboration to AI experiences across Coupa’s entire suite.

My background in competitive volleyball still shapes how I work: prepare carefully, communicate clearly, stay resilient, and help the whole team perform.

A few moments from presenting, facilitating, collaborating, and occasionally standing in front of a very full whiteboard.

Interests

01

Volleyball & coaching

From Germany’s national team to Division I at USF and later coaching, volleyball has been a constant source of discipline, energy, and community.

02

Growing people

I care about helping designers become confident owners and creating teams where clear feedback and trust lead to better work.

03

AI & human judgment

I’m interested in how AI changes enterprise work, and how design can preserve context, agency, and control as it does.
